Can I cancel or change my order?

Where do you ship?
We currently ship Australia-wide.

How long does delivery take?

  • Remote areas may take longer

Will I receive tracking?
Yes — once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Do you offer express shipping?
Shipping options (including express, if available) will be shown at checkout.


🔁 Returns & Refunds

Can I return my item?
Yes, we accept returns within 30 days if the item is unused and in original packaging.

What if my item is damaged or faulty?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos, and we’ll resolve it quickly.

Who pays for return shipping?

  • Change of mind: customer pays
  • Faulty/damaged: we cover it
